SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Then, as soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order.
Track Your Order
Registered customers can track their order status and history. Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information via our email. Please provide us with your Order Number for us to respond to your tracking and product query efficiently and accurately.
You will receive consistent updates regarding the status of your Order at the email address provided on Checkout. This will include:
- When your Order is packed and ready to be shipped;
- When your Order is in receipt of the courier and shipped; and
- Upon us receiving confirmation that your Order has been received by you.
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your item(s) are scheduled to be shipped out*, to the email address you provided while ordering.
