RETURNS POLICY

Returns

  1. Le Bouton strives to keep you happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it, or refund you, subject to the below terms. This Policy applies to products bought from Le Bouton on its Website. This Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions. This Policy in no way whatsoever is intended to limit your statutory rights.
  2. We will be happy to offer you a return within 14  (fourteen) days from the delivery date. In order for the return to be successful, the Goods and/or Product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Please contact aftersales@lebouton.co.za  in order to obtain a Return Product Number, together with the relevant information in order to complete the returns process.
  3. During any Sales Period (when products are displayed as “Sale”), the purchase of sale items will be final. Under these circumstances, we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
  4. Please note that you will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping any Goods or Products, subject to any directions or agreement of Le Bouton, which shall be at our sole discretion. .

Exchange

  1. Any purchase of our Goods and/or Product  can be exchanged for a colour variation, provided that such variation is available, and the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.   If such variation is not available, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return of the Goods and/or Product. Please contact aftersales@lebouton.co.za  in order to obtain a Return Product Number, together with the relevant information in order to complete the returns process.
  2. We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return.
  3. During any Sales Period (when products are displayed as “Sale”), the purchase of sale items will be final. Under these circumstances, we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.

Refunds

Please note that we will refund to the payment method that you originally used – in other words payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account, unless otherwise agreed at our absolute sole discretion during the after sales process in regard to any other refund payment method.
